The number and frequency of visits will vary depending on your current health, specific concerns, and personal health goals, and will be determined together during your initial consultation and throughout your journey. We will work collaboratively to create a plan that aligns with your needs and supports your well-being in a way that feels manageable and sustainable for you.

If you have extended or private health benefits, please check your coverage. We do not direct bill with insurance providers, but we will provide an itemized receipt with all necessary information for reimbursement. Payment is taken after each visit.
